Strategic planning for long-term challenges requires a firm grasp of the big picture. A dis-integrated approach can easily result in unnecessary complexity, redundancy and gaps. We spend time at the 30,000 foot level to understand all of the moving parts and then work with our clients and their team of advisors to identify & address flaws as shortcomings in their current plan.
